Our waiter was great, checked frequently to refill drinks. Food was delicious, I had the Tulum Bowl with Chicken. Wasn't too dark or crowded. Good for groups, too.

We went to Tulum for lunch on a Saturday and were immediately impressed with the warm and inviting decor. The service was excellent and the food was not only delicious, but we had more than enough to take leftovers home. We’ll definitely be back!

Very nice inside. Looks like a good place to have drinks on a hot day. The food was good. Just the service a little slow, but it could have been because it was a holiday and understaffed. Overall, it was a good experience.

I was in Twinsburg for work and went here a few times with coworkers. The service is good. Food is great. I particularly didnt care for the shrimp. They said the kitchen buys "red shrimp" and this type of shrimp tastes fishy-er, but I didnt buy that. To me the shrimp was either old or it had been thawed and in the fridge for too long. Other than the 5-7 shrimp that were on my plate which I just set to the side, everything else, on every occasion, was great. I would definitely be back. They also have a punch card which is pretty cool. U eat there a certain amount of times and you get a free meal. Prices are very reasonable, especially the lunch menu prices. Try the birria Ramen if like me you love soups. The chile verde burrito was a hit amongst my coworkers and the lunch fajitas were really good.

Wow! Just absolutely floored it took me this long to find this absolute gem! I would give 10 of 5 stars! I had the burrito a la diabla, the wife, mahi guajillo. Superb! Salsa and warm chips as we were seated... great salsa too! Very nice atmosphere. Great staff, and the food came so quickly. Just very impressed!

Very nice restaurant. It is very new, so we'll see how it is in a few years, but it definitely is fancy and clean now. Service was very friendly. Brenny was super nice and attentive. She offered suggestions and brought us out different salsas to try with the chips they bring out. The food was delicious. It's about a normal portion size, definitely wasn't too much food. The lunch prices aren't too bad, but still pricier than other, not so fancy, Mexican restaurants. Plenty of parking spots in the lot. The drive is a little hidden behind another restaurant, Sushi En, but is pretty easy to get in and out of. We'll probably add this place to our work lunch rotation.

I really liked the design of the space. It has to be mentioned how clean everything was which makes you feel good about the rest of the experience. The tequila selection was extensive. I just found out a few days ago that a well known restaurant in Cleveland only serves pre-made margaritas. Not so here at Tulum where it looks like your drinks will be made with love right in front of you if you are at the bar. Fajita burrito was delicious. Will be back.

Having been let down by 'Midwest-Mexican' food for years, Tulum has been so refreshing and redeeming in serving quality food with real spices and flavor. The intricate details of the decor are all just a bonus to the attention to detail in service and food freshness. Ivan, our server was hospitable and added to our great experience. Absolutely will return soon!
